In this Josiah Method 2 program, you will learn how to start the healing process from abuse and confront the hidden truths that have stigmatized our churches. Utilizing this program will provide weekly structure for you and your team. The Josiah Method will help increase excellence in the body of Christ. This plan includes a 3-month extensive hands-on experience with our team of consultants, who will be on call for you and your team. You will also have a monthly reporting webinar, allowing your team of no more than 10 participants to be included in the instructional virtual class. You will be instructed on how to: Select a Team Gather the Materials Follow the Plan There are 3 specific plans—A, B, and C—designed to guide you toward implementing lasting change. This program also includes bi-weekly virtual group counseling sessions. Upon completion, selected leaders (up to 10) will be eligible to sign an Ethical Commitment document and receive certification. Additionally, you will receive a free Policy and Procedure Template outlining methods for handling abuse, including strategies for preventing future occurrences.
